In the app

1. Open Snapshots Now and tap your profile picture (top right).
2. Tap Account, then Delete my account, and confirm.

Your account closes immediately and its data is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@certopartners.com from the email address of the Google account you sign in with, or tell us the name on your Apple account, and ask us to delete your account. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your events (including the trash), photos, videos, reels, voice recordings, music, writing, backups, groups, followers, newsletters, feedback, profile and subscription records. If you signed in with Apple, your Apple sign-in for Snapshots Now is revoked.

What is kept

A minimal record that the account existed (an internal identifier and its dates), AI cost records with your identity removed, and records of actions our staff took on your account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought through Apple or Google; cancel it in your store account settings.

Delete some of your data, keep your account

• A photo or video: open the day, tap Select, pick the items and tap Remove.
• A day: open the day and tap Delete this day.
• An event: open it and tap the trash button, then delete it forever from Past events & trash in the menu.
• Writing, places, newsletters, scrapbooks and followers: clear or delete them where you edit them.
• Profile name and photo: change or remove them in Account.

Removed photos, videos and reels are deleted 30 days later. To have anything else deleted, email support@certopartners.com and say what you want removed.
